What is a dynamic QR code?+
A QR code that points to a short link we control. You can change the destination URL anytime without reprinting the code.
Do my QR codes expire?+
No. As long as your account is active, your QR codes keep working. Free-plan codes remain redirectable; only the deeper scan analytics are limited to 7 days of history.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account downgrades to the Free plan. Your QR codes keep redirecting; analytics history shortens to 7 days.
Can I export my scan data?+
Yes. CSV export is included on the Business and Team plans.
How accurate is the geolocation?+
We derive approximate city and country from the scanner's IP. It's accurate enough for campaign reporting but should not be used for anything that requires precise location.
Do you support custom-branded short domains?+
Not yet. Currently all dynamic links use our short domain. If this is important to you, email admin@stephenhaydesign.com.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only a customer reference.
How do I delete my account?+
Email admin@stephenhaydesign.com from your account address. We delete account data within 30 days.
What if someone uses a QR code I made for something harmful?+
Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits phishing, malware, and other abuse. We disable codes and accounts that violate it.
