Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QR Lift (the "Service"), operated by QR Lift ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@stephenhaydesign.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not issue refunds for partial periods. See our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

You retain ownership of the URLs, files, images, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Lift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
