Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or downgrades made mid-cycle. By subscribing you acknowledge that charges are non-refundable.

We will issue a refund in these cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges caused by a billing error on our side.
• You were charged after canceling and the charge was processed in error.
• Where required by applicable consumer protection law (e.g. EU 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the service was fully used).

The Free plan has no charges and nothing to refund.

Email admin@stephenhaydesign.com with the email address on your account and the charge date. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
